Customer Service
Our Customer Service Department is committed to serve our customers. We have a superior computer system that allows us to access your account information quickly and efficiently. If you have lost or misplaced any of your insurance records, no problem! We are capable in reissuing them at a moments notice. We can email, fax or mail any document at your request.

Underwriting
New car - no problem. You need insurance to take the vehicle off the lot. Our expert Underwriters are here to assist you and get your new car covered immediately. Our Underwriting Department can quote all policy changes.

Finance
Not able to pay your policy in full - no problem. Our In-House finance Company; Acar Premium Finance offers easy Payment Options. We will provide you with the best payment option for your financial needs. When it is time to make a payment, you can make your payment by phone or online with a Visa or MasterCard (debit or credit card). If you do not want to use your debit/credit card or do not have a checking account, you can make your payment at any of our 200 Payment Centers throughout the State of Illinois.
